User Agreement for Yiguo Recording APP

When you use a specific function of this Service, there may be separate agreements, relevant business rules, etc. for that specific function (hereinafter referred to as "Specific Agreements"). In case of any conflict between the contents of this Agreement and the Specific Agreements, the provisions of the Specific Agreements shall prevail. All the aforementioned terms and rules constitute an integral part of this Agreement (collectively referred to as the "Entire Agreement") and have the same legal effect as the main text of this Agreement.

To use this Software and its services, you shall read and comply with the Software License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). 3. Input and Output

3.1 User Responsibility

You shall be responsible for all inputs submitted to our Service and the corresponding outputs. You shall understand and use generative artificial intelligence technology in a scientific, rational and legal manner.

3.4 Output Uniqueness

Due to the technical characteristics of large language models and artificial intelligence, the output of this Service is random and cannot be guaranteed to be unique. Therefore, you understand and agree that we may output the same or similar generated content to different users, and may also generate different content results for the same content uploaded to the platform of this Service.

3.5 AI Content Marking

To prevent confusion and misunderstanding, and eliminate or reduce the potential impact of inaccurately generated information, Yiguo Recording APP will add a prominent prompt mark at the end of the generated text or the bottom of the interactive interface to specially remind users that the content is generated by artificial intelligence. You shall not maliciously delete, tamper with, forge or conceal such generated content marks.

4. Account Management

4.1 Age Requirements

This Service is mainly for adults. If you are under 18 years of age, please read this Agreement with the accompaniment of your legal guardian and use this Service only after obtaining the consent of your legal guardian. ShenDu QiuSuo fully understands the importance of protecting minors and will take corresponding protective measures in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations and mainstream industry practices. At the same time, guardians are requested to reasonably guide and restrict minors' use of this Service, jointly create a good online environment, help minors develop good online habits, and avoid excessive dependence on or addiction to this Service.

4.2 Account Registration

Before using this Service, you shall register an account through a mobile phone number or a third-party account in accordance with the page prompts, fill in true, accurate, legal and valid relevant information as required, and confirm your acceptance of this Agreement and other relevant rules and policies. If the materials you submit or the information you provide is inaccurate, untrue, non-standard, or the company has reason to suspect that it is incorrect, false or illegal, we have the right to refuse to provide you with relevant functions, and you may not be able to use this Software and related services or have some functions restricted during use. Your account is the credential for you to log in and use this Service, and this account may not be transferred, donated or inherited.

4.3 User Obligations

When you register and use an account, you shall represent and warrant that:

• You shall bear full responsibility for the authenticity, legality and validity of the registration information, update the registration information in a timely manner, and shall not register an account or use this Service in the name of another person fraudulently
• You shall properly keep your account and password, and bear legal responsibility for all actions under this account

• You shall not transfer, lend, lease or provide your account to others for use in any form

4.4 Account Security

If you lose your account, forget your password or leak the verification code, you may submit an appeal for retrieval in a timely manner. We specially remind you to properly keep your account, password and verification code. When you finish using the Service, you shall log out safely. You shall bear the corresponding liabilities for all losses caused by the leakage of your account or password. If you find any illegal use of your account, you shall notify us immediately, and we will provide maximum cooperation and handling.

4.5 Account Cancellation

If you request us to cancel your account, upon our review and approval, we will cancel the registered user, and you will be released from the contractual relationship with us. However, after you cancel your account, we still have the right to:

• Retain the user's registration data and previous behavior records in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations
• Exercise the rights stipulated in this Agreement for any illegal acts or acts in violation of this Agreement committed by the user in the course of using this Service before cancellation

9. Responsibility for Own Actions

You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all actions under the account you registered.

10. Others

Your use of this Software shall be deemed as your reading and acceptance of being bound by this Agreement. This Software has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement when necessary. If you do not accept the modified terms, you shall cease using this Software.
